Bonne Année with Laetitia and Francis

 Phion wishes you a fantastic New Year!

The orchestra celebrates with two prominent Dutch sopranos: Francis van Broekhuizen, the Netherlands' most famous television soprano who will also present the concert, and Laetitia Gerards, a familiar and successful performer with Phion. Together, they usher in the New Year with operatic melodies and chansons that celebrate 'la douce France,' interspersed with renowned French orchestral works. Conducting is an old friend. For many years, Ed Spanjaard was the beloved chief conductor of the Orchestra of the East and continues to conduct 'his' orchestra with great pleasure as a guest.
